What you provide
The website enquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number and project or part details.
How the enquiry reaches us
Pressing “Prepare enquiry email” opens a draft in your email app. The website form does not automatically send your message. Review and send it from your email app. The current enquiry email is addressed to romandychka@gmail.com.
Who handles your information and why
Roman reads enquiries to answer your questions and serve you as a customer. Enquiry information passes through our email provider (Gmail) and web host (Bluehost) and, for Facebook/Instagram lead forms, Meta. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry data for one year, then delete it.
Ask for deletion
Anyone can ask for deletion of their enquiry information by emailing integralqualitycoating@gmail.com, the contact address for Integral Quality Coating.
